Two-time IPL Champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will be looking to claim their third trophy in the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Legendary Indian domestic coach Chadrakant Pandit will continue to serve as Kolkata Knight Riders’ coach in IPL 2024.
The Men in Purple and Gold have also named Gautam Gambhir as their mentor for the upcoming edition. Gambhir, who led the Knight Riders to title triumphs in 2012 and 2014, served as a mentor of the Lucknow Super Giants during the 2022 and 2023 season.

KKR batting coach
Gautam Gambhir who will serve as the mentor of the team is also expected to do the batting coach duties. Apart from Gambhir, head coach Chandrakant Pandit will also oversee all the development and practice sessions
KKR bowling coach
Former pacer Bharat Arun will continue to be the bowling coach of KKR in the upcoming edition. Arun was the bowling coach of Indian men’s cricket team in two different stints – first from 2014 to 2015 and then from 2017 to 2021 until the T20 World Cup. This will be his third stint with KKR as a bowling coach.
KKR fielding coach
Former Netherlands skipper and Ryan Ten Doeschate will also hold his position as the fielding coach of KKR. Tendo has also represented KKR previously in IPL. The former Dutch all-rounder was an excellent fielder himself as he will now conduct fielding and catching drills for the KKR players.
