ICC T20 World Cup

The ICC T20 World Cup is an international cricket tournament organised by the International Cricket Council (ICC). The event has generally been held every two years, with a few exceptions. The tournament has taken place on eight occasions since its inception in 2007. 

India Cricket Team won the inaugural edition of the T20 World Cup in 2007 while England won the latest edition. West Indies and England are the most successful teams in the tournament so far. Both teams have won the tournament twice. India, Pakistan, Australia and Sri Lanka are the one-time winners of the trophy. The next T20 World Cup will be held in the West Indies and United States from June 2 2024. USA vs Canada will mark the beginning of the tournament in Dallas.
