Sachin Tendulkar IPL career

Veteran Indian batter, Sachin Tendulkar, made his IPL debut in its inaugural season with the Mumbai Indians franchise. Sachin Tendulkar was also awarded the Orange Cap for being the leading run-scorer in the 3rd and 4th editions of the IPL.

Sachin Tendulkar also smashed a century in IPL against now-defunct Kochi Tuskers Kerala in 2011. He retired with 2334 runs to his name in 78 matches.
