Indian esports organization S8UL Esports is said to be preparing for a strong showing in the 2026 VCL South Asia season, as reports have emerged that Ganesh “SkRossi” Gangadhar has come to a verbal agreement with the team. This would be one of the largest transfers of the offseason in the South Asian Valorant scene.
S8UL Esports to Sign SkRossi and Set to Compete in VCSA 2026 Season
SkRossi comes into the split with an impressive 2025 season under his belt at Velocity Gaming, where he played the entire Challengers circuit. With Velocity, the team won VCSA Split 1 and Split 3 championships and finished third in Split 2. Their home dominance qualified them for the Pacific Ascension 2025, where they finished a respectable 5th-6th after a playoff run.
One of the most recognizable faces in South Asia’s VALORANT scene, SkRossi is a star import who also brings much-needed experience to S8UL. His ability to play both sentinel and duelist roles gives the team depth as they enter the competitive 2026 season.

As per reports from Sheepesports, they also suggested that Yuvraj “Yuvi” Singh could join alongside him, stepping up after a developmental year with Global Esports Academy. The potential duo combines proven championship pedigree with emerging talent, a formula that could elevate S8UL Esports beyond their near-miss finishes in 2025.
S8UL Near Close Finish in VCSA 2025 Season
In the previous season, S8UL was always close to the top but lacked in crucial situations, such as when they finished second in the South Asia Ascension Qualifiers. With SkRossi as the foundation, it seems that the organization is determined to turn consistency into championships and make a strong run towards the Pacific tier.
If it is confirmed, this signing could significantly reshape the competitive balance of VCL South Asia in 2026.
