The Esports World Cup 2026 is set to host one of the biggest international VALORANT events of the year. With 16 top teams and a record-breaking prize pool of $2,000,000, the event will be held offline in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. A total of 16 teams will compete at EWC 2026 VALORANT. The slots are distributed as follows:
- EWC Title Defender – 1 Slot
- VCT Americas Stage 1 – 1 Slot
- VCT China Stage 1 – 1 Slot
- VCT Pacific Stage 1 – 1 Slot
- VCT EMEA Stage 1 – 1 Slot
- EWC Online Qualifier: EMEA – 3 Slots
- EWC Online Qualifier: Americas – 3 Slots
- EWC Online Qualifier: Pacific – 3 Slots
- EWC Online Qualifier: China – 2 Slots
EWC 2026 VALORANT Schedule and Venue
The event is scheduled to go live from July 2 to July 12, 2026. The offline event will be held at the world-class stc Esports Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This S-Tier event is being hosted by the EWC Foundation and ESL FACEIT Group.
The total prize pool for this event is $2,000,000 USD, with additional EWC Club Points awarded to the participating organizations. This is one of the largest third-party VALORANT events outside of the VCT.

Tournament Format
Stage 1: Group Stage (July 2 – July 6 approx)
- 16 teams divided into four groups of four.
- Double-Elimination (GSL) format with all matches played as Best of 3 (Bo3).
- The top 2 teams from each group advance to the Playoffs.
Stage 2: Playoffs (July 7 – July 12)
- An 8-team single-elimination bracket.
- Quarterfinals and Semifinals are Bo3.
- The Grand Final will be a grueling Best of 5 (Bo5) to crown the champion.
EWC 2026 VALORANT is shaping up to be one of the biggest non-VCT events of the competitive season.
