International Cricket Council also known as ICC Launches Expression of Interest to find Developers for Next-Gen Mobile Cricket Game.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) with its 12 Full Member Boards, has today launched an Expression of Interest (EOI). ICC seeks the potential partners to develop and publish a new, world class mobile cricket game that reflects the global appeal and rich heritage of cricket. This initiative marks a significant and strategic milestone for the sport. In a much-anticipated step forward for cricket fans, the ICC and its Members are aligning to present a unified opportunity to the global market—offering a clear pathway for a visionary partner to help shape the future of cricket fandom through a cricket game.

The Expression of Interest by ICC process invites leading game developers, publishers, and gaming ventures to express their interest in building a transformative cricket game. They will shortlist the developers to a formal tender process at the conclusion of the EOI.

Speaking on the announcement, ICC Chairman, Mr. Jay Shah said: “Cricket has one of the most passionate and diverse fanbases in global sport. This project represents a unique opportunity and step forward to reimagine how cricket is experienced and celebrated in the digital world. By bringing together the ICC and its Full Members, we are laying the foundation for a cricket game that engages the modern audience and reflects the global scale of our game.

The ICC welcomes expressions of interest from qualified and visionary organizations with the capability, creativity, and ambition to deliver a world-class mobile game.
