Call of Duty: Mobile is gearing up for one of its most expansive updates yet with the arrival of Season 6. In crossover event, the Phantom Thieves of Hearts is coming into the battlegrounds through a collaboration with popular JRPG, Persona 5 Royal. Players around the globe can drop into the stylish new season when it officially launches on July 1, 2026, at 5 PM PT.
COD Mobile x Persona 5 Collab is Finally Here
As per official blog, At the heart of Season 6 lies the highly anticipated Plunder Treasure Hunt game mode. Adding an exclusive Persona 5 Royal spin on the cash grab gameplay, specific areas in the Isolated map will glow in red in order to denote a unique domain.
As soon as operators venture into the domain via its giant red dome, everything in their interface turns into the Persona 5 Royal theme. The only way to open the treasure chest in the domain is to defeat three waves of NPC enemies inspired by the Shadows from the JRPG, while fending off other human operators.
COD Mobile Season 6 Introducing New Multiplayer Mode: Throwable Frenzy
Those who like multiplayer action have Throwable Frenzy, which is extremely fast-paced and features a 5v5 arena battle. In this game type, using normal loadouts and Scorestreaks is strictly forbidden. The only way for each team to succeed is by throwing Combat Axes at random targets in order to take out the enemy operatives. Players can get up to three special movement bonuses.

Battle Pass, Ranked Rewards, and Summer Events
In the new Season 6 Battle Pass, players get access to heavy weapons with the addition of the new FSS Hurricane SMG as well as the new VTOL Jet Scorestreaks.
Players also have the opportunity to challenge their marksmanship skills in the new Persona 5 Royal-themed event, which features some special shooting galleries based on the Palaces from the story.
Competitive players can earn the Enigma – Zavesa Operator Skin in Battle Royale and the SO-14 – Onyx Wrath Weapon Blueprint in Multiplayer when completing the Ranked playlist.
Lastly, a special Summer Event is being prepared for you with amazing seasonal rewards, including the Urban Tracker – Summer Sunrise Operator Skin and the M16 – Sparkling Citrus blueprint.
