He also broke his own record for the fastest ball of the IPL 2024 season, bowling a 156.7 rocket to Cameron Green. He claimed the prized wickets of Cameron Green, Glenn Maxwell, and Rajat Patidar and took his second 3-fer in three days.

Quinton de Kock was in full flow today; he scored an imperious 81 off 56 balls, scoring more runs combined than the next two top scorers in the RCB vs LSG match. His knock consisted of 8 fours and 5 sixes and provided the base for coming batters like Marcus Stoinis and Nicholas Pooran.
Nicholas Pooran smokes the longest six of IPL 2024

Even before Mayank Yadav derailed the RCB train, it was Devdutt Padikkal who handed them the crucial wicket of Faf du Plessis. The South African is a brilliant player of pace and could have nullified the Mayank effect in the coming overs. But Padikkal’s bullet throw and poor judgement by Faf handed them the start they needed.
