ICC announce additional ticket sale for two India matches for ICC T20 World Cup

T20 World Cup: ICC announces additional ticket sale for India Cricket Team matches for ICC T20 World Cup as 60 days remain

Just 60 days remain for the ICC T20 World Cup. The International Cricket Council (ICC) has decided has announced that additional tickets for 2 of Team India’s matches will go on sale on 4th April. The additional tickets will be sold for India’s matches against Ireland and USA.

With just 2 months remaining, the ICC decided to release a timelapse video of the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium project in Eisenhower Park, New York. The construction work of the stadium is underway. It is believed that the work will be finished on time with the tournament starting on 2nd June.

Team India will kick start their ICC T20 World Cup campaign on 5th June when they take on Ireland. However, the world patiently awaits for the blockbuster India vs Pakistan clash on 9th June in New York.

“We are delighted to be marking 60 days to go to the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024. The project to build a fully modular stadium in Nassau County is a first for international cricket and we are delighted that construction is progressing full as planned. The scale of the venue in the latest timelapse is impressive and a visit to the stadium is not to be missed,” said ICC Head of Events, Chris Tetley.

“Fans still have the opportunity to be a part of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in the West Indies and USA, as a limited release of tickets will take place on Thursday, with tickets and/or hospitality available for every match. Fans should visit tickets.t20worldcup.com to make sure they don’t miss out,” Tetley concluded.
