While more updates on him is awaited, David Miller missed out on the GT vs PBKS clash with an injury. The Protean batter has suffered a niggle in the pre-match training session. Without revealing details about the injury, GT skipper Shubman Gill confirmed that he was out of the PBKS clash.
“Miller misses out due to a niggle and Kane comes into the side,” Gill said at the toss.
Later, Kane Williamson confirmed that Miller could be out for two weeks.
“Nice to be out there with the guys. A shame to lose David for a week or two,” Kane Williamson told the broadcasters in the mid-innings interview.
