The Pakistan Super League (PSL) is set for its ninth season, commencing on Saturday, February 17. However, the league has encountered a major setback with several foreign players departing for various reasons. Rashid Khan of Lahore and Tom Curran of Islamabad were ruled out due to injuries, while a few others have withdrawn their names.

Rovman Powell
Rovman Powell has scored 3550 runs in 196 T20s. He would play for Peshawar Zalmi in PSL 2024. He will also feature in IPL 2024 as Powell was signed by RR at 7.4 crore.
Rilee Rossouw
South African batter Rilee Rossouw was signed by Quetta Gladiators. He has bagged 8089 runs in 322 matches.
Sherfane Rutherford
Sherfane Rutherford is emerging as a key player for West Indies in T20I. He will play for Quetta Gladiators in the upcoming season. He has amassed 2027 runs in 121 matches in the shortest format of the game.
