On the other hand, the Royal Challengers Bangalore had a poor start to their IPL season 16 campaign. They won their season opener against Mumbai Indians, but then had two straight setbacks against Kolkata Knight Riders and Lucknow Super Giants. However, RCB bounced back in the fourth game against Delhi Capitals, but unfortunately lost their fifth match against Chennai Super Kings.
