BMPS 2026 Grand Finals: The Response from Jaipur
Insidesport: You visited Jaipur for BMPS 2026. How did the city respond, and what do you want to say to the fans?
Karan Pathak: Jaipur is a great city, and I am so glad that the fans showed up. Thank you so much for coming to the venue and supporting us. It feels incredible to witness. This type of crowd and energy can only be seen in a few select cities.

Updating the EWC 2026 Tiebreaker
Insidesport: Why did KRAFTON India Esports decide to change the slot tiebreaker for EWC 2026 after it was already announced publicly on stream and in the press release?
Karan Pathak: We wanted to bring more value to the KRAFTON India Esports global leaderboard. If we don’t give it proper weight, its existence doesn’t really matter. That is why we decided to change the slot tiebreaker.

Slots for BGMI Showdown 2026 aka BMSD 2026
Insidesport: KRAFTON brings the “Naye Khiladi” event with Nodwin Gaming—an open-for-all tournament. What is the message for underdogs, and are there slots for the BGMI Showdown (BMSD) from this event like in previous years?
Karan Pathak: Yes, there are slots for the BGMI Showdown 2026 up for grabs at the Naye Khiladi Event, which is hosted by Nodwin Gaming and powered by KRAFTON India Esports. This is the absolute best opportunity for underdog teams to enter an official BGMI event and prove themselves.
Insidesport: It’s not just that the audience showed up; they came fully engaged. And it’s not just kids either—much of the audience is mature. What strategies drove that growth, and what comes next?
Karan Pathak: There are fans from all age groups in BGMI Esports. If you get the opportunity to witness a LAN event happening in your own city, you will naturally want to be a part of it and experience it live. Regardless of age, if a major event is happening in my city, I will definitely go. The BMPS 2026 Grand Finals witnessed fans from a vast demographic. The strategy behind this growth is simple: you just have to keep doing your best with the best available resources. We aim to make it as easy as possible for the audience to enjoy the experience. Ultimately, everything KRAFTON India Esports does is for the fans.
