BGMI is all set for an exciting milestone. On July 2, 2026, the famous battle royale game will officially complete five years since its launch in India. The game has achieved a total of 260 million downloads so far, and the developers at Krafton are planning an elaborate series of events in recognition of the loyal player base.
BGMI 5th Anniversary to offer In-Game Celebrations and Events
The celebrations will begin with the 5th Anniversary Exchange Event, which will take place between June 25 and July 5, 2026. Players will be able to visit various designated points of interest on the maps of both Erangel and Livik. Looting these designated POIs will grant players event tokens, which can then be used to earn unique rewards.
Krafton has also set to organize a grand 5th Anniversary Fireworks Display on July 1 and July 5. From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST, all players joining the game will get their own Firework Launcher, making everyone a part of the celebrations.
