Krafton identified and fixed an issue where the Luna New Year event was missing from the event tab in New State Mobile. Dev’s sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
The fix was implemented on February 26, 2024, at 4:23 UTC. Additionally, Devs have compensated players who were unable to participate in the event for the first four days since the Vol.28 update. Players can claim these rewards through your in-game mail.
