Following the farewell of coach Amit, Team Soul has announced changes in BGMI Roster. After a disappointing year marked by missed titles, Team Soul has made a bold move: releasing its entire BGMI roster (except Goblin). Captain Omega (Sahil Lakhar) officially announced the split on December 23rd via his YouTube channel, confirming that he, AkshaT (Akshat Goel), Hector (Sohail Shaikh), and Neyo (Naman) are no longer with the organization. However, Omega revealed that the released players and coach will stick together as a unit, suggesting potential future collaborations.

Team Soul bids farewell to full BGMI roster except Goblin
This decision comes after Team Soul failed to secure a single major title in 2023 despite showing glimpses of improvement in recent events like Skyesports Championship 5.0 and BMPS. The split marks a stark contrast to their 2022 dominance, where they crowned champions at the prestigious BMPS 2022, with Goblin even grabbing the MVP title and the team earning the fan-favorite award.
Team Soul has retained Goblin in the squad, indicating a potential rebuild around the skilled player. The new roster for the 2024 season remains undisclosed, and fans eagerly await the organization’s next move in the competitive BGMI scene.
