PUBG MOBILE Asian Games Version Qualifiers 2026 begin June 19 in Vietnam, featuring 23 national teams competing for eight Asian Games spots.

The road to the 2026 Asian Games Esports Events officially begins this week. PUBG MOBILE Esports has announced the list of 23 National Teams that have qualified to play PUBG MOBILE Asian Games Version during the 2026 Asian Games Esports Qualifiers: PUBG MOBILE Asian Games Version. This is the second time in a row that PUBG MOBILE will be part of the qualifying matches for the Asian Games as an official esports event.

PUBG MOBILE Asian Games 2026: Format and Schedule

The competition shall commence with a Group Stage set to take place from June 19 to June 20. The 23 participating teams shall be randomly distributed between two groups, with the best-performing teams proceeding to the following stage.

Teams ranked 6th up to first from each group shall qualify for the Qualifiers Finals set for June 21. In the finals, the 12 qualified teams shall engage in six games, whereby points shall be accorded depending on team performance in each match.

In conclusion, only eight teams shall qualify for the 2026 Asian Games Esports Events set to be held in Japan.

The tournament is bound to have teams from some of the best PUBG MOBILE nations in the area. Nations such as Pakistan, Indonesia, Iraq, and Uzbekistan are going to be among the main competing teams as they aim at qualifying for the Asian Games.

Additionally, there are going to be some recognized professional players who represent their nations. The champions of the recent PMGO 2026 Season 1 (4Thrives Esports), members of Yangon Galacticos, and some of the players from the victorious Magna Esports Club PMPL 2026 are some of those names.
