Shane O Mac returned to the WWE at the 2022 Royal Rumble. He was originally rumored to have a match with Seth Rollins at WrestleMania. However, he left the company due to a backstage fallout with his father.
On various occasions on the Pat McAfee show, Vince stated if it is good for business, he doesn’t mind bringing back a superstar he has personal problems with.
