WWE News: Smackdown roster is already stuck with injuries and unavailabilities

Seems like the New Year has not started on the right note for Smackdown superstars. After Sasha Banks almost escaped a narrow injury, Ridge Holland and former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre suffered a severe injury and will be off from WWE TV for a while.

Besides the above-mentioned names, Universal Champion Roman Reigns has been tested positive for COVID-19 and had to miss out on the WWE Day 1 PPV event where he got booked to defend the title against Brock Lesnar. Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre are the biggest stars on the Blue brand, and having them both missing the show at the same time will lead to a massive drop in the show ratings.
