WWE Money in the Bank 2022: Former SmackDown Women’s Champion Teases her Return to win the MITB briefcase
Recently, Multi-time Women’s Champion Bayley hinted at a possible return teasing to win the Money in the Bank briefcase. She has already won the MITB briefcase in 2019 and vows to win it once again. However, her return to WWE is unclear.
Recently, she posted a throwback picture from 2019 on Instagram with the MITB briefcase. Many fans have already speculated about her return and they are expecting her to return for the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event and won the Women’s MITB ladder match. Currently, the former SmackDown Women’s Champion is off-screen since July, last year after suffering a torn ACL injury at WWE’s Performance Center.

Although she is cleared for her in-ring return, WWE is holding back the Huggable One. Precisely, WWE will try to bring Bayley back at Money in the Bank to resume her rivalry with the Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair. Last year, WWE scheduled her to face Bianca Belair at MITB but, unfortunately, she was injured, which left the rivalry unsettled.
WWE Money in the Bank 2022: Who will qualify for the last 2 remaining spots for the MITB ladder match?
Ever since WWE commenced the qualifying matches for the MITB ladder match, WWE superstars have fought hard to earn their spot. Until now, five superstars including Alexa Bliss, Liv Morgan, Asuka from Raw, and Lacey Evans alongside Raquel Rodriguez from SmackDown have qualified for the MITB ladder match.

However, there are 2 spots left to be filled. On the upcoming episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Aliyah and Shotzi will compete in a MITB qualifying match to determine the 6th competitor for MITB. On the other hand, it is still unclear who will fill the last spot.
