At the end of 2022, Goldberg’s contract with WWE expired and the biggest wrestling Promotion in the world didn’t renew Goldberg’s contract. Thus, there were speculations going on that Goldberg might join AEW up next. Now it seems like WWE Hall of Famer Booker T is also of the same opinion. He has weighed in on Goldberg’s possible signing with AEW.

Booker T recently spoke on the Hall of Fame podcast, where he shared his thoughts on what Goldberg should do next. According to Booker T, Goldberg has every right to consider joining AEW given the circumstances are favourable to him.
Booker T said “If Goldberg’s contract (has expired) and he’s a free agent now, he can do whatever he wants. If Tony Khan wants to call him and offer him a big enough check for him to come in there and do something relatively small where he’s not gonna put himself in harm’s way, why not go pick it up? Why not? It’s just the name of the game”
Also, a few days ago AEW President Tony Khan mentioned that the promotion led by him is paying close attention to Goldberg’s free agent status.
