Pokémon GO is bringing its signature community experience to Bengaluru on Saturday, 23 May 2026, in association with Stride Run Club. Pokémon GO is inviting Trainers and running enthusiasts to come together for a morning run that celebrates movement, exploration and real-world play.
Pokémon GO x Stride Run Club brings Community Run Experience
As a part of this run, Pokémon GO is providing its participants a fully immersive gameplay experience where they will hatch in-game Pokémon Eggs while completing their run with Stride Run Club. Every step taken during the run will help Trainers progress towards hatching their Eggs in Pokémon GO, with select participants standing a chance to win Pokémon merchandise. Following the run, participants will also be able to use GO Snapshot to capture photos with their favourite Pokémon across Bengaluru’s iconic landmarks, turning the city into a shared playground for exploration and discovery.
For Pokémon GO, this event is an extension of its strategy to build real-world community experiences across India, and Stride Run Club is the ideal partner to bring that vision to life in Bengaluru. As one of the city’s most vibrant running communities, Stride shares Pokémon GO’s core belief in getting people outdoors, moving, and meaningfully connected. Together, this partnership promotes fitness by encouraging people to stay active through engaging, real world gameplay experiences.
Pokémon GO motivates players to walk, go out and explore their surroundings by weaving gameplay seamlessly into physical activity, turning movement into play. The result is a community of Trainers who are not just gamers, but active participants. It reflects Pokémon GO’s ongoing commitment to fostering real-world engagement, community building and exploration across India.
