NODWIN Gaming, a leading global esports and entertainment company, has formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Games and Esports Tribunal (IGET) to embed IGET’s dispute resolution framework across its operations. The MoU was signed during Global Esports Industry Week 2025 in Austin, Texas.

The adoption of the IGET framework ensures that disputes arising across NODWIN Gaming’s diverse portfolio, including tournaments, influencer management, content production, marketing, and brand activations will be handled through a trusted, independent process. By enshrining IGET into its operational documentation and governance structures, NODWIN Gaming is reinforcing its long-standing commitment to integrity, fairness, and transparency, while further aligning with international standards that underpin the global growth of esports.

Established by the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) in partnership with the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center (WIPO AMC), IGET delivers tailored and globally accessible Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services. Its remit extends across integrity-related cases, contractual disputes, sponsorship matters, and intellectual property conflicts, making it uniquely suited to the dynamic and international esports ecosystem.
