Juan Ferrando took the charge of the Mariners midway through the ISL 2022 season. Ferrando parted his way from FC Goa and joined ATK Mohun Bagan after the Kolkata outfits mutually parted ways with Antonio Lopez Habas. Under his reign, ATK Mohun Bagan lost just 2 games out of the 16 matches.

The Green and Maroon brigade will take the field on 12th April when they play their AFC Cup. The team is set to begin their practice and preparations from 1st April. As per the latest reports, fans will be allowed to watch the games of their beloved side.

Juan Ferrando said, “I am very grateful to Dr Goenka, Club owner, and the Club Management, for trusting and respecting my work. I had a detailed post-season wrap-up chat with Dr Goenka and we share the same goal and same ideas on what we want and how we want it.”
“After the ISL season, we started to count down the minutes to play in the Yuva Bharati. We are waiting to feel the warmth of the Mariners,” he added.
