FAU-G Bharat League 2.0 kicks off today
FBL 2.0 arrives as an in-game update to FAU-G: Domination, letting players join the tournament for free with no entry fees or purchases required. The qualifiers phase for the offline LAN event begins today and will run for three months, leading up to a grand in-person showdown later this year in partnership with NODWIN Gaming. The LAN event, featuring the ₹1 crore prize pool, will represent the climax of the competition, with exact venue and date details set to be revealed soon.
Bigger rewards and global opportunities
Building on the community feedback from FBL Season 1, where the prize pool stood at ₹50 lakh, the new edition doubles the rewards and adds a unique professional development angle. Winners will receive all-expenses-paid trips to the United Kingdom, gaining hands-on exposure to top universities and global game studios, including Teesside University London, University of East London, University of Hertfordshire, and Coventry University.
Participants can also earn personalised career counselling, English language certification training (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE), and fitness coaching through GOQii, blending esports achievement with tangible career growth opportunities.
