This was the message posted by Virat after he was seen taking batting sessions in the hot climate of Mumbai. It’s been a long time since Virat last scored an IPL hundred, while he tries to gain form ahead of the clash.
Virat’s form so far – In five IPL games so far Virat has amassed 107 runs with a best of 48-run innings against Mumbai Indians (MI) in Pune. Virat is yet to hit form for RCB this term, but will be optimistic to bring his best to gain form against the team from Delhi.

RCB to count on Kohli – While players like Dinesh Karthik, Faf du Plessis have fired for RCB this campaign, a resurgent Virat Kohli could help his side to new heights. Currently RCB are placed sixth in the table, but are just two points behind league leaders Gujarat Titans (GT). A win on Saturday will certainly see RCB take massive step to cement their place in the table.

The incomplete dream for Virat – While Virat continues sweating in the nets, his ultimate target remains to win the IPL. Virat has thrice played in the final of the IPL but has ended on the losing side on all occasions. So sweating in the nets could come to fruit if he gains form at the right time. Luckily for him, there is still a chunk of season remaining and the clash against DC will be a perfect opportunity for Virat.
