The West Indies have survived a major scare in their T20 World Cup opener against Papua New Guinea. Chasing 137, the Rovman Powell-led side was in a bit of a pickle. Despite needing less than 7 runs an over, the Men in Maroon needed 40 runs in the last four overs. If not for Roston Chase and Andre Russell’s final stand, they could have lost to a side that was playing their first ICC event.
