The batter also has three double centuries in ODIs. However, the batter was already showcasing his ability to score big at the young age of 22.
On December 16, 2009, Rohit Sharma, while playing for Mumbai in the Ranji Trophy, smashed his career high score of 309*. The score remains his highest score in cricket (international and domestic) to this day.

Rohit Sharma played just 322 balls to score his triple century at an impressive strike rate of 95.96. Of the huge total of 648 runs, the right-handed batter contributed 47% of the score himself, with the next-best score being 144.
While the match between Mumbai and Gujarat was drawn, Mumbai went on to lift the title, with Rohit scoring 527 runs in 6 matches.
