41-year-old James Anderson takes stunning catch to dismiss Yashasvi Jaiswal

James Anderson looked too young to dive around on the ground on Day 4 of IND vs ENG 4th Test, especially with catch of Yashasvi Jaiswal.

Age is just a number and James Anderson has proven that time and again. He made a full dive to save certain four runs only in the 2nd over of IND vs ENG 4th Test Day 4. And then, the 41-year-old took a stunning diving catch to dismiss Yashasvi Jaiswal, proving once again, he is still the fittest man in England even after playing 186 Tests.

The youngster looked all set to cross 1000-run mark in WTC 2023-25 cycle. However, he was undone by himself. Just before that Joe Root delivery, Rohit Sharma asked Jaiswal to not go for a big shot in the first over.

However, Yashasvi Jaiswal could not control his temptation to go big against Root on the first ball. As the ball turned a bit more, Jaiswal could only slice it in the backward point. But a 41-year-old young James Anderson made a full dive to take the catch.
