Sam Curren shines with bat in the ILT20 to become the fifth-top scorer in the league. The English batter played for Dessert Vipers who failed to win the finals but put on an excellent performance in the league. In the 13 innings played, Sam scored 387 runs with a strike rate of 134.37. He scored 3 half-centuries and remained not out in five matches.
Curran takes 7 wickets with ball
Sam took 7 wickets with the ball. He played 13 matches and bowled in all of them. He mostly bowled more than 2 overs in every match. He maintained an economy of 8.44 and best figures of 3/28, giving a decent performance to the Vipers.

Sam Curran in IPL 2024
Sam had a great campaign as a player with the Punjab Kings in the IPL 2024. Although not with batting, but he primarily performed well with the ball in IPL 2024. In the 13 matches he played, he scored 270 runs and took 16 wickets.

CSK is loaded with big hitters like Devon Conway, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Shivam Dube and Deepak Hooda, Sam Curran will be given the role to play more in bowling since, he’s a better bowler than Shivam Dube when it comes to pace all rounders.
