A brief moment of tension prevailed on the field between Pakistan skipper Babar Azam and keeper Rizwan during the IND vs PAK clash. The incident occurred in the last delivery of the 19th over which was bowled by Shaheen Afridi. Rizwan appealed for a caught behind off Siraj’s willow which the on-field umpire decided ‘not out’.

However, an enthusiastic Rizwan insisted on taking a review and went on to gesture to the umpire. A miffed Pakistan skipper Babar Azam was seen furiously gesturing and asking his teammate to seemingly inform him before taking the DRS.
Rohit Sharma and co flop in IND vs PAK
India have been bowled out for 119, their lowest total against Pakistan in T20Is. Rishabh Pant tried his best with 42 but the big guns failed to fire. Rohit Sharma (13 off 12), Virat Kohli (4 of 3), Suryakumar Yadav (7 off 8) and Hardik Pandya (7 off 12) had poor outings. Only Axar Patel (20), Rishabh and Rohit reached double digits.
For Pakistan, Naseem Shah and Haris Rauf were on fire, bagging 3/21 each. Mohd Amir also picked up two wickets at Nassau County Cricket Stadium. Pakistan are in a must-win situation to keep their hopes alive for T20 World Cup Super 8 stage.
