India T20 WC Squad: Yuzvendra Chahal almost locked in as India’s spinner for the T20 World Cup – It has been a comeback of ages for 30-year-old Chahal. After being ignored in T20 World Cup 2021 World Cup squad, the leg spinner is now a certainty in this year’s T20 World Cup 2022 set to be played Down Under. First up, he had a great IPL 2022 wherein the RR spinner took 27 wickets.
Later, Chahal had a great T20 series against South Africa and England picking up wickets at regular intervals. He is the only third Indian bowler to have picked more than 10 wickets in T20Is in 2022.
On the other hand, Buttler’s tenure as full-time England white-ball captain has not begun on a promising note. Buttler has failed to win two white-ball series against India and South Africa.
