- Andhra batter Ashwin Hebbar did not get a game in the latest edition and the player getting released doesn’t come as a surprise.
- Meanwhile, the U-19 World Cup-winning captain Yash Dhull, who could not get a game last season, is set to be retained by the franchise.
- In IPL 2022, Delhi Capitals would have considered themselves unlucky. They won 7 games in the 14 matches they played and finished in the 5th position after missing out on the playoff spot by a whisker.
- Under Rishabh Pant’s captaincy, DC will want to put on a much better effort and try to clinch the trophy in the upcoming season.
