India Women will face arch-rivals Pakistan in the upcoming Women’s T20 World Cup. ICC on Sunday announced the groups and fixtures for the Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 tournament to be played in Bangladesh in October. Apart from facing Pakistan Women, India is grouped alongside six-time winners Australia, New Zealand and a finalist from the Women’s T20 World Cup qualifiers.

In the T20 World Cup, India women have a superior head-to-head record against Pakistan women, winning five of the seven matches that they contested so far. In the 50-over Women’s World Cup, India women have faced Pakistan women four times, winning on every occasion so far.
Speaking about the overall record between India and Pakistan Women, the Women in Blue have been victorious in 22 out of 25 matches. Pakistan Women have won only three T20Is against India Women so far.
