The first match of this tournament is played between India and Sri Lanka in Navi Mumbai. The tournament will be played in a T20 format with six teams: India, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Australia, West Indies, and England. Each team will consist of retired cricket legends.

Sachin Tendulkar mentioned his excitement about the International Masters League and said that he couldn’t wait to step back onto the field with his former teammates for the exciting competition. The Sri Lankan former star cricketer Kumar Sangakkara also shared his thoughts about this exciting league. He said it was a great chance for the former cricketers to reconnect with their fans.
All the matches are scheduled to take place in three cities. The first five matches of the tournament will be played in Navi Mumbai. Then, Rajkot will host the next six matches. The final stage of the tournament, including the semifinals and the grand finale, will be held in Raipur.
