Foreign workers living in Qatar have shared that they were evicted from their rental houses with a short week’s notice. The rent of the apartments has multiplied and the residents are given a choice of either matching the rent or leaving the house before November.

Apartments in Doha have been listed for 2500 dollars per night, which almost matches the monthly rates of the housing under normal circumstances. The foreign diplomats in Doha are asking for a hike in their salaries to match the skyrocketing demands of the landlords and hotels.
