Groww becomes ‘powered by’ sponsor for Asia Cup 2023

Asia Cup 2023 continues to bring in sponsors on board. 24 hours before the start of the tournament, Asia Cup has signed up Groww as the powered by sponsor.

Indian financial services platform Groww has signed up to become ‘powered by’ sponsor for Asia Cup 2023. The news comes after the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) inked a deal with Super11 Fantasy League as the title sponsor for the continental ODI tournament. Asia Cup begins tomorrow (August 30) in Multan with a Pakistan vs Nepal clash.

Asia Cup 2023 will continue till September 17 with the final slated in Colombo. Pakistan will host 4 matches including the opener while Kandy and Colombo will host the rest of the matches. The blockbuster India vs Pakistan clash will be in Kandy on September.

Before the Groww deal, Indian travel booking platform Ixigo became the tournament’s co-sponsor.

Disney-Star, the official broadcaster of the tournament, has already roped in multiple big brands as sponsors for the event.

Asia Cup 2023 will be free on Disney+ Hotstar mobile and that will attract a lot of viewers. With a lot of Indian youth owning a smartphone, it will help the youth-focused brands such as Groww reach more potential customers than before.
