“I think Ishant’s injury was clearly evident in the field, we were already one bowler short because of our batting, Abishek Porel did well to give us those extra runs, but we were always one bowler short,” Rishabh Pant says after DC’s loss.

While bowling his second over, Ishant twisted his right ankle after bowling to Prabhsimran Singh. The lanky pacer was unable to continue his bowling and the physio was brought into the field for treatment. But, Ishant looked in huge pain and thus as a result had to walk away from the ground.
Ishant clean bowled PBKS skipper Shikhar Dhawan and got rid of of Jonny Bairstow with a brilliant run out before he limped off the field.
