CCL 2024: The 10th edition of the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) will be starting from February onwards. CCL is a tournament organised for the Indian Cinema stars from major film industries. The tournament was founded in 2011. Move stars from Bollywood, Tollywood, Sandalwood, Kollywood and other regional industries have been involved in the cricket tournament over the years. In this article, we will take a look at the list of Celebrity Cricket League winners.
CCL was also suspended in 2020, 2021 and 2022 by the officials due the COVID-19 pandemic. The tournament resumed in 2023 with a new format. In CCL 2024, some of the matches will also be played in Dubai as the games will be held on the weekends just like the previous editions.
Celebrity Cricket League winners
As many as nine editions of the Celebrity Cricket League have been completed so far. Telugu Warriors has been the most successful side with 4 trophies. They are followed by Chennai Rhinos and Karnataka Bulldozers, who have won the title two times each. The likes of Mumbai Heroes, Kerala Strikers and Bhojpuri Dabanggs are yet to win the CCL title.
