The Indian women’s selection committee named Jemimah Rodrigues, Mannat Kashyap in the 15-member Board President XI squad to face South Africa women for a one-day game ahead of the IND W vs SA W series starting from 16th June. The Board President’s one-day game will take place on June 13th. India will host the South African women’s cricket team for a multi-format series, including a Test match for the first time in almost a decade, from June 16 to July 9.

India to host South Africa in a complete IND W vs SA W series
The IND W vs SA W series will kick off with three ODIs, all of which will be held at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Following these, the teams will clash in a one-off Test and three T20Is, set to take place at the MA Chidambaram Stadium. The ODIs are a part of the ICC Women’s Championship 2022–2025, adding an extra layer of significance to these encounters.
Harmanpreet Kaur will lead the India Women’s Cricket Team, with key players like Smriti Mandhana, Jemimah Rodrigues, and Richa Ghosh expected to make significant contributions. The last Test match between India and South Africa occurred in 2014, with India securing a win in Mysore. South Africa last toured India during the 2020-21 season, playing ODIs and T20Is.
