With the Krafton Transfer Window Period just around the corner, it is important that your team details are updated at the right time. Krafton India Esports has made the official portal quite convenient for captains to manage their team details, but for those who are using the portal for the first time, it can be a little tricky. Here is a simple guide on how to proceed with any necessary changes in your team details.
Guide to Change Your Roster on Krafton India Esports Website
To get started, go to the Krafton India Esports website. Log in with the email of the captain of the team as this is the only email that will have the admin permissions for the team.
Once logged in, go to My Team or your Profile page to see all of the players that are currently in your roster (In Game Names and Character IDs).
How to Edit Your Squad
To make changes, look for the “Edit Team” or “Manage Roster” button. If you are replacing a teammate, you generally have to remove the current player from their slot first to make room for the newcomer. When adding a new member, ensure you have the following details ready:
- Full Name (matching their official ID proof)
- BGMI Character ID
- In-Game Name (IGN)
- Registered Email Address

After you enter the new player’s information and hit save, the website usually sends a verification link or OTP to the new player’s email. They must click that link to confirm their spot on the team.
It is very important to ensure that the Character IDs are correct before proceeding, as a single digit incorrect will result in disqualification during an official match. This will ensure that you and your team can concentrate solely on the game.
