Global Esports have successfully qualified for the VALORANT competition of the Esports World Cup 2026, which will take place in Paris. GE gave an incredible performance in the Pacific qualifier round that was hosted in South Korea. The esports team from India gave several good performances and won with a score of 3-2 against Nongshim Redforce.
Global Esports is Going for EWC 2026 VALORANT in Paris
Before their encounter with Nongshim Redforce, Global Esports proved their mettle by defeating DetonatioN FocusMe 2-0 in the Upper Quarterfinals. These two consecutive wins ensured that the Indian team directly qualifies for the high-profile event along with their compatriots Rex Regum Qeon.
This achievement comes after a successful campaign that has made yet another milestone for Global Esports, an organization that has had a very successful season. The organization secured its qualification for Masters London 2026 earlier this year, which goes to show that Global Esports is one of the fastest-growing organizations in the international VALORANT community.

Esports World Cup 2026 will take place in Paris and is predicted to be one of the largest tournaments in terms of the size of the prize pool in the history of the industry. Over $75 million is expected to be given away in prizes across many games.
The official tournament for VALORANT will run from July 1st to July 11th in 2026. 16 of the best teams in the world will come together to fight for their share of the $2 million prize pool in VALORANT.
Several elite organizations have already confirmed their participation in the tournament. They include team Heretics as the EWC champion, EDward Gaming coming from the VCT China, as well as other teams such as Team Vitality, Paper Rex, XiLai Gaming, and AG.AL.
