The wait is finally over for fans of the world’s most popular MOBA. Tencent and TiMi Studio Group have officially opened the gates to Honor of Kings: World, launching the game’s first-ever international PC Alpha Test. From May 21 through May 27, 2026, selected players across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia are getting an exclusive first look at this massively ambitious action RPG.
Honor of Kings: World – A Stunning Leap into Primaera
Leaving behind the traditional three-lane map, Honor of Kings: World plunges players into the sprawling, fully explorable continent of Primaera. Developed on Unreal Engine 5, the graphical fidelity is nothing short of spectacular. The game presents a unique aesthetic that flawlessly merges futuristic technology with ancient Eastern folklore.
Players kick off their adventure as a student at the legendary Jixia Academy. From there, the Alpha Test opens up vast territories to explore, such as the vibrant Springbrook Plains. Testers can spend their time uncovering hidden lore, gathering resources for the game’s in-depth crafting mechanics, or simply taking in the breathtaking environments.
Dynamic Action via the Flow System
Combat is where Honor of Kings: World truly carves out its identity. The developers have introduced a groundbreaking mechanic known as the “Flow System.” Playing as the Origin Flow Child, you have the unique ability to learn and wield the signature combat styles of legendary champions from the original MOBA.
During the Alpha, players can equip two distinct hero styles simultaneously. The magic lies in the ability to hot-swap between these styles mid-combo. This creates a fast-paced, fluid combat experience that heavily emphasizes skillful dodges, well-timed parries, and strategic execution, whether you are exploring solo or tackling massive bosses in co-op mode.

Alpha Access and PC Requirements
If you threw your name in the hat during the overseas pre-registration period, keep an eye on your email inbox. Publisher Level Infinite is currently distributing access codes directly via Steam.
Before you redeem your key, ensure your rig is prepared. The PC client is incredibly dense, requiring at least 110 GB of available storage—and installing the game on an SSD is strongly recommended to prevent long loading screens and stuttering. Because this is a closed beta, all player progress will be wiped when the servers shut down on May 27, and real-money transactions are completely disabled. To compensate, TiMi Studio Group is showering testers with daily login bonuses and premium currencies, allowing everyone to freely experiment with high-level gear and cosmetics.
