Epic Games announces the official arrival of an all new arena for fans of fast-paced action gaming. The eagerly awaited Fortnite Arenas Boxfights game mode is expected to be available from April 9 onwards, offering gamers the opportunity to compete in an organized arena. Here is what we know about this brand new game mode.
New Mode for Fortnite Arenas Boxfights Introduced by Epic Games
The new Arenas mode shifts away from the traditional 100-player survival format, focusing entirely on intense mechanical skill. The games involve sixteen players who are engaged in rounds of either 1v1 or 2v2 team battles. For the winners of the matches, they have to be better than their rivals by winning fifteen games consecutively.
To keep the combat fresh and fair round after round, the mode introduces New Alternating Loadouts, ensuring competitors must adapt to different weapons and items rather than relying on a single setup.

For those who want to settle debates with their squad, the update includes Rivalry Leaderboards, making it easier than ever to officially track 1v1 records against your friends.
