Team Avengers have cemented their status as one of India’s top Dota 2 squads, clinching the National Esports Championships (NESC) 2025 Indian Qualifier title with a commanding 2–0 victory over WOF in the Grand Finale. The win ensures their second consecutive appearance at the OXY25 in Russia, where they will once again represent the nation on the global stage.

The high-stakes best-of-three finale saw Avengers deliver a masterclass in team coordination and strategy. In Game 1, they overpowered WOF 54–24 with clinical map control, before sealing the series in Game 2 to complete the sweep.
With this result, Avengers not only reclaim their spot as India’s Dota 2 champions but also reaffirm the country’s growing competitive presence in the global esports arena.

At OXY25, Avengers will face elite competition from nations including the USA, Brazil, China, Argentina, Egypt, Iran, Kazakhstan, South Africa, Serbia, Vietnam, and more across South Asia, Central Asia, the Americas, the MENA region, Sub-Saharan Africa, and beyond. With a total prize pool of 5.5 million Russian rubles (approximately ₹55 lakh) on the line, the stakes have never been higher.
