In Bat to the Beat, players travel the world and are challenged by the unique grooves of each country. These range from one-drop reggae beats of Jamaica to syncopated Bollywood-inspired rhythms of Mumbai’s streets.
Players can wishlist the game from the Steam store page right now. A demo for the
game is out on Steam as well. You check them out at the link below: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3236170/Bat_to_the_Beat/
While the demo has a slice of what to expect, the full release contains more levels and
music and is slated for release later this year.

“Bat to the Beat is a work of obsession, combining three of my favourite things: cricket, music, and video games,” says Kunal Joshi, solo developer behind Baba Black Sheep Games. “It’s a passion project that’s been honed from years of iteration and feedback. I hope you’re able to find as much joy in playing it as I did crafting it.”
Bat to the Beat’s moment-to-moment gameplay features a unique mechanic that challenges the player’s sense of rhythm and spatial awareness. At each beat players make a split second decision: attack and risk getting caught by the fielders or defend and let the pressure build up.
