WWE WrestleMania 38 Live – Stone Cold Not Excited to RETURN? While everyone seems very happy about the return of the Hall of Famer, one certain Hall of Famer feels Austin isn’t much excited for this return. Former WWE Commentator Jim Ross spoke about the Austin return on his Grilling JR podcast. He claimed that he has spoken to Austin and that Stone Cold was not too excited about the whole arrangement.

“It looks like Austin is not going to do anything at WrestleMania as far as wrestling in the ring. He and I have talked, but at the time we talked, he didn’t know what he was going to do and he didn’t sound overwhelmingly enthusiastic about it. People have to understand that Steve is a perfectionist. Even though he stays in great shape and he looks wonderful, especially for a guy his age, he looks great. He can do a photo shoot and it looks like that can be Steve from any era, but that’s the athlete in him. He likes to train, eat right, and all those things.”
Stone Cold will be appearing on the Kevin Owens show at WWE WrestleMania 38. While many would have hoped for a match, it seems that it would just be a segment to attract more fans.
Even Jim Ross felt that Stone Cold Steve Austin will not wrestle. As he felt WWE would have informed him six months ago if there were such plans. He also felt that he should get his time to train and WWE should also give him the right to choose his own opponent, if he ever wishes for to wrestle one more match.
