The next week, The American Nightmare challenged The Beast Incarnate to a rubber match at SummerSlam 2023. On the latest episode of WWE Raw, Lesnar returned once again and brutally attacked Rhodes. However, before leaving Lesnar accepted Rhodes’ challenge. Thus, the match between the duo was officially confirmed.
