WWE SmackDown results: Bobby Lashley Wins Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal
The Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal was held by WWE on the episode of Friday Night SmackDown that aired right before WrestleMania, as has been the case for a few years. The largest show of the year would not have as many wrestlers, but they get around that by dubbing it “WrestleMania SmackDown.”
This year’s most prominent name in the contest was Bobby Lashley, while other deserving names like Karrion Kross, Xavier Woods, LA Knight, BOOGS, and Braun Strowman were also there. Bobby Lashley entered as a heavy favorite because his bout with Bray Wyatt didn’t go as planned. Bobby Lashley also prevailed in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
