WWE Smackdown Highlights: Top 3 moments of the show- The Survivor Series go-home edition of Friday Night Smackdown took place at the XL Center, Hartford, in Connecticut. The show kicked off with The Usos calling out Roman Reigns to acknowledge him and bestow him with the King’s crown and all other accessories of the King.
The night also witnessed Sheamus becoming the final member of Team Smackdown for Survivor Series. Out of the many exhilarating moments, we have listed three of them here in this post. Let’s check them out.

WWE Smackdown Highlights: Big E and King Woods humiliated The Bloodline
We finally saw the confrontation between the Universal Champion Roman Reigns and the WWE Champion Big E right before their ultimate showdown at the Survivor Series PPV. The two men were in the same building at the same time, and it was the WWE Champion who took out the Bloodline with King Woods by his side.

Big E made a surprise appearance on Smackdown tonight in the closing moments. He was up for a systematic decimation of The Bloodline. The WWE Champ first took out The Usos and then ran into his Survivor Series opponent before slamming him chest-first on the steel stairs and back-first on the barricade. The segment ended with Roman Reigns, as usual, escaping the ring and escaping a Big Ending from the WWE Champion.

WWE Smackdown Highlights: Sheamus becomes the final member of men’s Team Smackdown
The Celtic Warrior Sheamus is the fifth and final member of Team Smackdown for Survivor Series. He made his way into the team by winning a fatal 4-way bout involving Ricochet, Cesaro, and Jinder Mahal as the other competitors.

Sheamus’ managed to win the fatal 4-way match with some ring-side assistance from Ridge Holand, who claims to be the apprentice of the Celtic Warrior. The men’s Team of Smackdown is now complete with Sheamus’ inclusion.

WWE Smackdown Highlights: Announcement of 25-man battle royal
WWE Authority figure Sonya Deville announced a tribute to The Rock’s 25th Anniversary Celebration by making a 25-man battle royal match official for the WWE Survivor Series PPV event.

The announcement came during a backstage segment where Sami Zayn seemed visibly upset after losing his spot in the men’s Team Smackdown for Survivor Series last week. The 25-man involved in this match will be from both Raw and Smackdown.
